About
From a young age, Charissa has had an enthusiasm for stories. She believes that the power of stories can change the world. With the support of her friends and family, Charissa is chasing her dream of becoming a writer and storyteller. Not only is this a dream, but a calling to use her gifts and talents for good. She has pursued this dream through freelance writing, L.A. Style Magazine and The Story Exchange. Charissa Enns has also graduated with her B.A. in journalism and humanities at Azusa Pacific University, where she had the privilege of being Editor in Chief at ZU News.
Though writing is her main passion, Charissa loves to work with and appreciate other storytelling mediums as well. Music is one of her main joys in life and she has been singing for as long as she can remember. With training in voice for five years, Charissa has participated in various community theater shows and choirs. Her other passions have led her to being in student government and teaching at a theater company called CYT Sacramento. In her free time, Charissa can be found with her nose buried in a book, listening to a podcast or exploring the world.
